Welcome to Beach Hut By The Sea
Our Chalet or Beach Hut, is a privately owned holiday home situated on the Bacton Chalet Park, Bacton on sea. Number 8, is less than a 2 minute walk from the sea accessed by a safe sandy track.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is light, airy and fitted out ‘cottage style’ to a high standard, with double glazing and electric central heating for those chilly days, so you can be assured of a comfortable stay whatever time of the year you choose to visit. There are two bedrooms, a double and a bunk bed, also a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms.
We have grassed areas to the front and rear, deck chairs are provided so you can relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea or even eat ‘al fresco’ on those balmy summer evenings and watch the sun go down. You can park up to 2 cars beside the property.
Entry is via a half glazed door into the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. The main kitchen/living area is spacious with a fully functioning kitchen with full sized cooker, Butler sink and drainer, full size fridge, microwave oven, toaster, plenty of storage and all the utensils you would expect to find at home. There are two dining areas with ample seating for up to 6 people.
Moving through to the living area, you will find comfortable furnishings in-keeping with the ‘cottage style’. A large comfy leather sofa, an additional sofa which can be used as a sofa bed if required, two arm chairs, a large flat screen t.v with freeview and DVD player, and bi-fold doors which open onto the grassy area at the rear of the property. We also supply books on the local area, a selection of DVD’s, games & puzzles for you to enjoy during your stay.
A double room, with four poster bed is at the front of the property, with a good quality mattress, reading lamp above the bed, and a large chest of drawers with plenty of storage.
The second bedroom has bunk beds, a bedside table, and a large chest of drawers for storage. Beds are made up for you on arrival and all bedding for use during your stay is included in the price of your holiday. We also include tea-towels and a hand towel but you do need to bring bathing towels & beach towels with you.
The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, a wash basin and portable toilet for use during the night. The on-site toilet block is just a few meters away from our property.
